Ideal for roasting and making fruit and sponge cakes. Manufactured from silicone, a revolutionary new cooking material, this square cake pan is part of the Master Class Smart Silicone Flexible collection. Silicone is non-stick and totally flexible for easy release and turning out of cakes. Tolerating temperatures exceeding most ovens the pan does not absorb odours and will not distort or taint, so is totally reusable time and time again. Simply use as per traditional bakeware and then, when the cake is cooled, bend the sides, corners and edges to easily turn out the perfect cake. Featuring a matt black exterior the pan also cooks the contents evenly and a little quicker.
