Silverwood silver anodised 12in x 4in Deep Multisize cake pan
The 12 inch multi-sized cake tin has won numerous awards, including the accalimed BBC Good Food "Star Buy" for cake pans. Adjustable to make just about any size of square or rectangular cake upto 12inches (30cm) square by 4 inches (10cm) deep, the pan will make a four tier wedding cake or a batch bake of four 6inch square cakes. The basic pan consists of a 12 inch square flat base, four side walls and two adjustable dividers. When not in use the pan packs flat and fits easily into the bottom of a drawer.
The key to the success of the silver anodised bakeware is that the the aluminium core is effectively "sealed in" with silver anodised surface characterised by a silver, smooth, easy-release, easy clean finish thus making it excellent for most baking purposes.
Alan Silverwood Limited is a family firm, based in the West Midlands. Established over 40 years ago to produce jugs and beakers for education authorities, for the last ten years they have specialised in manufacturing a distinctive range of domestic bakeware.
At a time when shops are awash with products imported from around the globe, Silverwood bakeware stands out as a high-quality, long-lasting alternative to the "pile-it-high, sell-it-cheap" competition.
Silverwood Bakeware will give you perfect results, every time, for many years.
The key reasons for this are the fact they concentrate on creating the right product for each and every recipe:
Heavy gauge alloys are used to ensure robust construction; Many products have a removable base so that the cooked food can be removed perfectly; Cake pans are a full 3" deep and up to 4" deep, with the larger sizes; Square cake pans have welded corners to ensure they can't bow; Sandwich pans are a full 1½" deep for lighter sponges; Baking sheets are made from a rigid alloy, which ensures that they don't distort in the oven.
