That is exactly what their unique Eyecatcher cake pans do, ensuring the removal of cake easily and effeciently. It is named after the clever eye shaped catch that stops the base from opening until you are ready.
The key to the success of the silver anodised bakeware is that the the aluminium core is effectively "sealed in" with silver anodised surface characterised by a silver, smooth, easy-release, easy clean finish thus making it excellent for most baking purposes.
