Silverwood silver anodised 7in Charlotte Russe mould

This 18cm diameter Charlotte Russe mould is designed to fit readily available supermarket sponge fingers. The excellent conductivity of the core material speeds up the chilling of cold cream charlottes, mousses and other chilled desserts.

The key to the success of the silver anodised bakeware is that the the aluminium core is effectively "sealed in" with silver anodised surface characterised by a silver, smooth, easy-release, easy clean finish thus making it excellent for most baking purposes.

Alan Silverwood Limited is a family firm, based in the West Midlands. Established over 40 years ago to produce jugs and beakers for education authorities, for the last ten years they have specialised in manufacturing a distinctive range of domestic bakeware.

At a time when shops are awash with products imported from around the globe, Silverwood bakeware stands out as a high-quality, long-lasting alternative to the "pile-it-high, sell-it-cheap" competition.

Silverwood Bakeware will give you perfect results, every time, for many years.

The key reasons for this are the fact they concentrate on creating the right product for each and every recipe:

Heavy gauge alloys are used to ensure robust construction;
Many products have a removable base so that the cooked food can be removed perfectly;
Cake pans are a full 3" deep and up to 4" deep, with the larger sizes;
Square cake pans have welded corners to ensure they can't bow;
Sandwich pans are a full 1½" deep for lighter sponges;
Baking sheets are made from a rigid alloy, which ensures that they don't distort in the oven.
