Ken Hom S/Steel Non-Stick Peking Wok Set

Coated with Dupont Teflon Select which is ideal for use with Stainless Steel.
Teflon Select uses PTFE combined with PAI and Epoxy Resins, and has a maximum temperature resistance between 260ºC and 288ºC.
The bowl is made from AISI 304 Stainless Steel which is 0.6mm thick prior to coating
The handle is made from compression moulded phenolic, which is heat resistant and stays cool.
