Silverwood Dariole Moulds - Large - Pack of Six
As seen in The Radio Times recipe offer of Anthony Worrell Thompson's Baked Egg Custard with Summer Fruits, which has been entered into the competition to create a menu for the Queen's 80th Birthday.
Silverwood silver anodised Dariole Moulds are excellent for cooking both savoury and sweet dishes, as they distribute heat quickly and evenly, allowing for a greater rise in the sponge before it sets, thus making the sponge wonderfully light. As the moulds are fully anodised they ensure a superior release and an easy cleaning surface and will enable quick setting in the fridge. The key to this is that the anodising process becomes part of the metal, so it can never peel or blister and the basin will never rust, even if scratched.
