The Chef'n HightailerT Shrimp Peeler & Deveiner has a de-vein, prep, peel and butterfly a shrimp (prawn) in one simple step. Simply insert the metal prong under the back of the shell, squeeze the handle and it lifts and separates the shell away from the meat.
