Jamie Oliver Flavour Shaker - Cool Blue
Designed by Jamie Oliver as an alternative way of grinding and mixing spices, the Flavour Shaker is designed to crush, mix and release flavour from whole spices, herbs, garlic, nuts, citrus rind or even lime or bay leaves in a similar fashion to a pestle and mortar but without the mess.
It works by adding a ceramic ball inside the outer body, which , when shaken does the necessary crushing etc. This releases the aromas and zingy flavours, and if you add oil and cream, it enables you to make delicious dressings and marinades and it really does work. It comes with 3 great recipes to try out and it is so easy to use it is a great gadget for the kitchen. |
