All the knives are dishwasher safe, although we do advise that you remove the knives and fully dry them once the cycle has finished. The laser edge is made up from a number of micro serrations, with peaks and troughs, the peaks assist with the initial cut while protecting the troughs which remain sharp... the result, a knife that NEVER NEEDS SHARPENING.
