The Classic handle features a full tang, 3 rivet construction, which provides the user with a knife that is balanced, strong and durable. The rivets are made from aluminium, which are designed to compliment the brushed finish of the stainless steel blade, providing great style at an affordable price! The laser edge is made up from a number of micro serrations, with peaks and troughs, the peaks assist with the initial cut while protecting the troughs which remain sharp... the result, a knife that NEVER NEEDS SHARPENING.
All the knives (and scissors) are dishwasher safe, although we do advise that they are hand dried to keep them in tip-top condition.
