Richardson Sheffield Laser Cuisine Carving Knife
The Laser Cuisine Carving Knife can be used for carving and slicing cooked meats or larger fruit and vegetables. The thinner blade allows for more accurate slicing than that provided by a Cook's Knife.
The laser edge is made up from a number of micro serrations, with peaks and troughs, the peaks assist with the initial cut while protecting the troughs which remain sharp... the result, a knife that NEVER NEEDS SHARPENING.
All the knives (and scissors) are dishwasher safe, although we do advise that they are hand dried to keep them in tip-top condition. Although we do not envisage you having any problems with these knives, they come with a Richardson Sheffield 15 year guarantee, offering you peace of mind with your purchase. Please DO NOT attempt to sharpen these knives, as you will damage them if you do.
