The All Purpose Knife is perhaps the most versatile kitchen knife and has a variety of uses, from slicing vegetables to trimming meat to cutting sandwiches.
The laser edge is made up from a number of micro serrations, with peaks and troughs, the peaks assist with the initial cut while protecting the troughs which remain sharp... the result, a knife that NEVER NEEDS SHARPENING.
All the knives are dishwasher safe, although we do advise that they are hand dried to keep them in tip-top condition.
