Stellar Sabatier 6" Carving/Filleting Knife
The original Stellar Sabatier knives combine the quality of craftmanship and materials to make a knife which will last a lifetime.
Forged from single billets of high grade Carbon-Chrome-Molybdenum and Vanadium Steel, the knives have the advantages of easy sharpening and extended edge life and resistance to rust and stains. The perfect Taper Grinding of Stellar blades produce a strong and fine cutting edge, unlike hollow ground blades which will eventually become impossible to sharpen.
To ensure the top hygiene requirements of professional chefs, each knife has a perfect join between the handle, bolster and blade and the Stellar handles are crafted using solid spun one-piece rivets, spun flat under pressure, which cannot work loose.
The knives are excellent value, have a lifetime guarantee and are dishwasher safe, although we recommend hand washing without soaking and immediate drying and polishing with a soft dry cloth. |
