We chose Rushbrookes for our aprons and textiles due to their quality and experience. Rushbrookes history dates back to 1837 when it made aprons for the butchers of London's Smithfield meat market. Authentic butcher's aprons are still part of the range today, as well as numerous other designs for adults and children, along with oven gloves, gauntlets and tea towels which have been developed for both professional and domestic use.
All Rushbrookes products are manufactured to the highest standards, using quality materials, in England at their Oxfordshire factory.
Stringent controls, from the selection of raw materials through to final quality checks, ensure that all Rushbrookes aprons, gauntlets, oven gloves and tea towels will provide years of service.
The outer material is 100% cotton drill and inner material polyester. It has a 100% nylon steam/grease barrier . Wash as synthetics, 40 degrees, short spin, do not wring, wash dark colours separately.
