We will be taking orders and delivering in time for Christmas upto and including 11th Dec, unless they are out of stock. However, we will endeavour to send all orders placed after 11th Dec and upto 18th Dec as quickly as possible so that they arrive in time for Christmas. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy the order. We accept the following: Switch, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web Site.
Postage & Delivery
ALL Mainland UK (including N.I.) orders are charged at £3.95 P&P.
Estimates for postage to Continental Europe are charged £15 P&P & to World-wide orders, £20. If you want your order delivered to an overseas address please contact us for an exact postage quotation using the details above. Prior to despatch we will contact you via email to confirm your postage.
Cancellation Rights
We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided it is returned in as new condition within 14 days.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
